You may register using email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Twoogether.

3. User Conduct & Content

You retain ownership of content you post (events, images, messages). By posting, you grant Twoogether a license to display and distribute this content on the platform. You agree NOT to post:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material.

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users violating these rules.

4. Events & Location

Twoogether uses geolocation to show local events. You agree to provide accurate location data for events you create. We are not responsible for the actual conduct or safety of events listed on the platform. Attend events at your own risk.

5. Premium Features & Payments

Payments for Premium subscriptions and event promotions are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy or applicable local laws. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

6. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior. We review reports and take action at our discretion, including content removal or account suspension.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Twoogether is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of event details or user identities. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or attendance at events.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account Info: Name, email address, profile picture (from Social Login or uploaded).
• Location Data: Your precise location (when authorized) to show nearby events.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, events viewed, clicks, and interactions.
• Content: Events created, messages sent (stored securely), and images uploaded.
• Device Info: Device model, OS version, and unique identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide the service, personalize your experience (showing local events), process payments, send push notifications (via Firebase), and improve app performance.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google/Firebase: For authentication, hosting, and push notifications.
• Stripe: For payment processing (we do not store credit card numbers).
• Legal Authorities: If required by law.

4. Image Uploads

Images you upload are compressed and stored securely. Report inappropriate images using the in-app reporting tool.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion within the app settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our active databases.
